What types and when are communications sent to prospective students?

When a prospective student visitor completes their visit registration on mobi they will immediately receive an email and SMS text confirmation. In this email and SMS confirmation they will instantly be able to access their itinerary by clicking the link!

When a prospective student visitor completes their visit registration on mobi they will immediately receive an email and SMS text confirmation. In this email and SMS confirmation they will instantly be able to access their itinerary by clicking the link!

Email Confirmation:

Prospective student visitors can select link in their text confirmation to view their complete itinerary.

Prospective student visitor’s also have the ability to opt out of text message communication:

One Week Reminder Communication:

Two Day Reminder Communication:

Student registrants also receive email updates when;

  1. An institution user makes a change or an edit to a visit or event

  2. The visit or event at the institution has been cancelled by an admin user

  3. The student cancels their own registration

The day of the visit or event:

Depending on the check in method selected when creating a visit or event students will receive an automated SMS text to check-in.

Ten minutes before the end of a visit or event a prospective student visitor will receive a link in an sms text to complete their survey.

NOTE: A student will also receive the link to complete the survey in an email if they have not completed within 24 hours of the visit or event.
