Exhibitors are a key feature to Conventions. Whether your exhibitors are internal to your organization (ie, a different team or department) or an external partner, you have the option to manage your exhibitors' profile and content or allow others to manage it for you.
Invite new exhibitors
You'll start with one exhibitor - yourself! However, you'll quickly find that conventions is much more valuable when you invite exhibitors to become a part of your convention organization.
Can't see the 'Invite' button?
Only admin users with permission School Admin can invite an exhibitor to a convention organization.
Note: Once you submit an invite request, a member of our Support Team will assist you with adding, configuring your exhibitors based on if these exhibitors already have a VisitDays account or require a fresh account.
Assign exhibitors to upcoming conventions
Once you've published a convention, you can add some exhibitors who are already a part of your organization.
To do so, select 'Manage Exhibitor' for the desired convention.
Next, select the exhibitors you'd like to add.
Can't see the 'Add Exhibitors' button?
Only admin users with permission School Admin can add an exhibitor to a convention.
Note: You can only add an exhibitor to a convention if they're already a part of your convention organization!
What can exhibitors do?
Exhibitors can publish live sessions, create meeting availabilities, post videos and live chat with your signed in users.
Not all exhibitors need to be added to every convention - that choice is 100% up to you. Additionally, an exhibitor cannot add themselves to a convention - you have that control.
